Festival Fun with Fire and Air
It was my first day being one of the main directors of Fire and Air. I accompanied Joanna to Blisworth Canal Festival and, even if I say so myself I was the star of the show.
It started with me having to entertain the people who had the stall next to ours. I sat on a ladies' lap and kept a close eye on Joanna whilst she set up the stall. It was a bit tiring, but I did get to help with eating some of their breakfast.
We then went for a walk, where I met other dogs, who I was very happy saying hello to, and most of which were very keen to meet me! I helped choose new collars for myself and the other household dogs, sampled a snack (which I thought was very brave - it could have been dreadful!) and I even showed two dogs from Nuts about Mutts that the tunnel in the dog agility could be mastered in one go!
Back at the stall I sat and allowed people to make a fuss of me. This included many many of the smaller humans, who were nice, and often smelled very interesting, in fact there was one little human who couldn't actually walk and was only about my size who seemed to like to pat me quite hard. I licked his legs. There were lots of the big humans as well, some of which chose to come and say hello to me and some I chose to say hello to!
Joanna said I had been very, very good and she would be happy for me to come again. Don't tell her but I may need a day - or two to recover. It has been tiring!
