Mindfulness for Educators
Mindfulness for Parents and children
These sessions are offered by Fire and Air and led by a qualified mindfulness teacher aims to work with adults on their own mindfulness practice, whilst giving tips and ideas of how to weave this in with your education role.
We recommend that you have your own mindfulness practice, this is particularly important if you want to use mindfulness in your practice.

These sessions are offered by Fire and Air and led by a qualified mindfulness teacher, who has complete the mindfulness in schools Paws B training. We aim to work with parents and children on their own mindfulness practice, using simple ideas that any age can utilise.
Both adults and children are expected to participate.
No experience necessary.
